The Master, Sir David Wootton, together with our Rowing Officer, Simon McCarthy, and the Chairmen of our Rowing & River Events and Apprenticeship & Training Committees, hope that you will be able to support our apprentices attending this year’s camp.
Previous sculling weekends have been a great success and again this year we need help with the coaching for both beginners and the more experienced all day on Saturday and again on Sunday morning. If you can assist with coaching, please email Tony Mason or call us directly 020 7283 2373.
The weekend’s programme includes a Friday evening curry supper aboard a Salter’s Steamer, and a dinner the following night at Leander Club. Lunch will be provided during the break on Saturday. Dress code for the curry supper is smart casual and for the dinner at Leander on Saturday jacket and tie/smart attire.
Currently, we have rooms at Leander reserved; these can be booked directly via Watermen’s Hall, please contact Liza on 020 7283 2373 or[email protected].
If you would like to join us, please complete the attached booking form, which also includes contact details for other hotels and bed & breakfast accommodation in the area.
