Henley Sculling Camp 2017

This year’s Sculling Camp was held on the 22-24th September. The weekend started on the Friday night with a curry supper aboard a Salter’s Steamers, with rowing and training at Upper Thames  Rowing Club on Saturday and Sunday. . Saturday night had a dinner at the Leander Rowing Club for all those who attended.

Along with the Master Mr Simon McCarthy, several Court members were also in attendance to help and encourage the Apprentices and Trainees.

Apprentices Sculling Weekend at Henley – 29th ~ 30th September 2018

The Company’s charities will again sponsor a weekend of sculling training and practice for apprentices and trainees.  This weekend is particularly aimed at preparing apprentices and trainees to participate in sculling events and, eventually, Doggett’s Coat and Badge Wager.  Freemen and families of the participants are welcome to attend.  More information to come in due course.  Initial enquiries and expressions of interest to Kelly Lesurf, Training Administrator, by telephone or training@watermenshall.org
