Henley Sculling Camp

This year’s Sculling Camp was held on the 28th to 29th of September. The weekend started on the Friday night with a curry supper aboard one of Past Master John Salter’s boats.  with rowing and training at Upper Thames Rowing Club on Saturday and Sunday. Dinner on the Saturday night was at the Red Lion Hotel.

Seven apprentices attended along with the Master, Dr Iain Reid, other members of the Court and a good show of Freemen on hand to assist and encourage the next  generation of rowers.

 The winner of the Ben Woollacott Memorial Trophy was Jimmy Anderson, with James Berry 2nd and Mathew Brookes 3rd. The winner of the trophy for most improved apprentice was James Berry.
