Henley Sculling Camp

This year’s Sculling Camp was held on 28-29 September., starting with a curry supper on the Friday night aboard one of Past Master John Salter’s boats. Rowing and training followed at Upper Thames Rowing Club on the Saturday and Sunday, with dinner on the Saturday night at the Red Lion Hotel.

Seven apprentices attended along with the Master, Dr Iain Reid, other members of the Court, and a good show of Freemen on hand to assist and encourage the next  generation of rowers.

The winner of the Ben Woollacott Memorial Trophy was Jimmy Anderson, with James Berry in second place and Matthew Brookes third. The winner of the trophy for most improved apprentice was James Berry.
